What is Amsterdam2023?

Amsterdam2023 is a three-day conference and one-day stadium experience from June 21-24, 2023. The conference focuses on fulfilling the Great Commission by getting the Gospel to EveryONE on earth in the next decade. You will collaborate with believers from around the world about the Great Commission, innovate new ways to reach more people with the Gospel, experience the power of the Holy Spirit, and be inspired to have a greater vision of God’s heart for the world.

Where is Amsterdam2023 being held?

Amsterdam2023 will take place at the Amsterdam RAI convention centre Wednesday-Friday (June 21-23) and the Olympic Stadium (Saturday, June 24).

Registration Details

How do I register to attend Amsterdam2023 in person?

To register to attend the Amsterdam2023 conference and Olympic Stadium experience, please click here.
  • Your registration will give you access to both the conference and stadium experience. Your badge for entrance to both will be provided when you arrive at the Amsterdam RAI.

How can I attend the Olympic Stadium experience only?

To register for the Olympic Stadium experience on Saturday (June 24), please click here.
  • Your registration will give you access to the Olympic Stadium event only. Please note that with this registration, you will not have access to the conference at the Amsterdam RAI on Wednesday-Friday (June 21-23).

Can I select my admission level?

Yes. You can register as a group or individual. There are three types of solo registration: Premium, Priority, and General. These classifications are detailed below:
  • Premium Admission (€450) gives you reserved seating and priority access for main sessions and the Olympic Stadium experience, access to the Thursday Leadership Dinner, and merchandise credit.
  • Priority Admission (€199) gives you reserved seating and priority access to all main sessions and the Olympic Stadium experience.
  • General Admission (€99) gives you general seating and access to all main sessions and the Olympic Stadium experience. There is no assigned seating for general admission.
  • Group Admission (€49 per person – requires ten or more participants) automatically assigns general admission.

Are there group discounts available?

If you register a group of 10 or more people, registration will be discounted to €49 per person (please see “Group admission” above).

I can’t find my registration confirmation email. What should I do?

To access your registration, please login to your Amsterdam2023 account using this link. If you do not remember your password, please click the link to reset it.

Will there be translation at the conference?

The primary language of the conference will be English. We have simultaneous translation available for general sessions and a limited number of workshops in Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Portuguese, Spanish, Mandarin and Hindi.
  • In-person translation: You can rent a headset device for the duration of the event at the translation desk located at Entrance C of the RAI.
  • Online translation: Watch pages are available in German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Bhasa Indonesian and Mandarin.

Is there reserved seating at the RAI or Olympic Stadium?

If you have premium or priority admission there will be a section for reserved seating. For general and group admission, there is no reserved seating, so you can feel free to find a place for you and your friends and family to sit together.

When does registration open?

Registration at RAI Entrance C will be open on Tuesday, June 20th from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Registration will open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Wednesday, June 21st through Friday, 23rd. *Please have your registration confirmation email and ID readily available upon arrival to the Amsterdam RAI and the Olympic Stadium.

What is included in my registration fee?

Your registration fee covers entrance to the conference and stadium experience. The conference registration fee does not include accommodation, travel, food, transportation, or any other expenses associated with your travel.

Can I bring my child(ren) to Amsterdam2023?

Children two years and under do not need a ticket to attend. For children three years and up, a ticket is required. No childcare will be provided.

Is Amsterdam2023 accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes, the Amsterdam RAI and Olympic Stadium are both accessible for guests using a wheelchair.

Is the Covid-19 vaccine required to enter the Netherlands?

No, there are no vaccine requirements to travel to Netherlands. You can find out more about covid requirements by visiting the link below:

Is my registration refundable if my visa is declined?

If your visa is declined, your in-person registration will be converted to an online-upgraded registration.

Do I need a discount code to register for the conference?

You do not need a discount code to register for Amsterdam2023. You may continue registration without it.

Are there sponsorships available to cover the cost of the conference?

We are not offering sponsorships for Amsterdam2023.

When is the registration deadline?

There is not a deadline to register. Registration will close when seats are sold out, so we recommend registering as soon as possible.

Logistics and Accommodations

Where should I book a hotel?

Several hotel options are provided for you, which you can select based on your group size and amenities preferences. To book a hotel, please click here.

Where will I find food and drink?

Please note that food and drink are not included in your registration fee. There are a wide range of food vendors at the Amsterdam RAI convention centre as well as a variety of restaurants in the near vicinity. RAI food vendors do not accept cash payments but do accept all major credit and bank cards. Attendees who have cash can purchase RAI F&B cards at Entrance C and at the Food Court in Hall 9.

What are options for travel while in Amsterdam?

  • Amsterdam Travel Ticket
    • The Amsterdam Travel Ticket gives you unlimited travel around the city by tram, metro and bus. You can buy tickets at all metro stations and the machines’ language can be toggled to English, making them very easy to use.
    • At the machines, you can pay for your ticket using cash, chip and pin cards, or contactless payment methods. For details, please click here. 3 days – €19.00 4 days – €24.50 5 days – €29.50
  • Free Ferries
    • The GVB runs 14 different ferries that travel 24 hours daily from Amsterdam over the water to Amsterdam-Noord. The ferries run every two to 30 minutes, depending on the route and time of day. You can take your bicycle onto the ferries, allowing you to explore Noord on two wheels. All the routes are available on the GVB website.
  • Ride a Bike
    • One of the easiest and most affordable ways to travel around Amsterdam is by bike. The city is set up with separate bike lanes on larger roads, so it’s not as daunting as it looks. There are a few bike rental companies in the city: Mac Bike, Good Bicycle, and Black Bikes.
  • Uber
    • Uber operates in Amsterdam and is cheaper than a regular taxi if you want to travel from the airport to the city center. Expect to pay around 30 euros.

AMSTERDAM RAI DETAILS

Where should I park at the Amsterdam RAI?

There are sufficient parking spaces available at the RAI in one of the parking garages or parking lots. In general, you are parked within 200 meters of the entrance. Parking costs €5.50 per hour, with a maximum of €32 per day. Remember your license plate number, you will need it when paying. It is also possible to order a day ticket online. A day ticket then costs €26.00 per day. Go to the parking page for Amsterdam RAI.

Is there anything I should not bring into the Amsterdam RAI?

Yes. You are not allowed to bring the items listed below into the RAI:
  • Your own food and drink. The only exception is baby food and a plastic bottle of water of maximum 0.5 liters
  • Other liquids
  • Glass, cans, plastic bottles or aerosols, even if empty. Toiletries, however, are allowed
  • Any kind of drugs (if you need to bring medication, we recommend that you bring a doctor’s note)
  • Toxic, flammable or explosive materials and fireworks
  • Clothing with provocative, offensive or insulting prints
  • Banners, cardboard/paper signs with lettering (up to a maximum size of A4, 210 by 297 millimeters, is allowed)
  • Flags or flagpoles thicker than 2 centimeters and longer than 1.5 meters, umbrellas/parasols, selfie sticks
  • Walking sticks (except for medical reasons)
  • Weapons, chains or other objects that can be used as weapons or disturb order
  • Professional audio and video equipment, GoPro devices and other recording equipment
  • Drones or other flying objects
  • Horns or other noisemakers, musical instruments (including the Shofar), loudspeakers
  • Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs
  • Flyers or other promotional materials
  • Electric skates, bicycles, scooters, or skateboards


*In general, if you are in doubt whether to bring something and it is not necessary: do not bring it. We cannot take items that are not allowed inside for safekeeping. Do not bring unnecessary objects and valuables into the RAI.

OLYMPIC STADIUM DETAILS

What is the best way to get to the stadium?

We advise and encourage you to travel by public transport as much as possible. In the stadium area it is difficult or impossible to park. Travel by subway to Amsterdam-Zuid Station. From there you can walk to the stadium. The route is marked with signs.

Where can I park near the Olympic Stadium?

  • If you come by car, keep in mind that it is difficult or impossible to park near the Olympic Stadium.
  • Parking is available at the RAI. There is a reduced rate for Everyone2023, on Saturday, June 24. A parking ticket costs €22.50 per car. You can buy your parking ticket at: https://parkeren.rai.nl/nl/booking.html?affiliate=x286fp2m
  • Of course, you can also park outside the city and use public transportation for the last part of your trip.
  • From your parking spot, including the RAI, travel by subway to Amsterdam Zuid Station. From there you can walk to the stadium. The route is marked with signs.

Is there anything I should not bring to the Olympic Stadium?

Yes. You are not allowed to bring the items listed below into the Olympic Stadium:
  • Large bags, backpacks or suitcases. Handbags with a maximum A4 size are accepted. If you are in doubt, security will probably be in doubt as well and it is better to opt for a smaller bag
  • Your own food and drink. The only exception is baby food
  • Other liquids
  • Glass, cans, plastic bottles or aerosols, even if empty
  • Any kind of drugs (if you need to bring medication, we recommend that you bring a doctor’s note)
  • Toxic, flammable or explosive materials and fireworks
  • Clothing with provocative, offensive or insulting prints
  • Banners, cardboard/paper signs with lettering (up to a maximum size of A4, 210 by 297 millimeters, is allowed)
